White hit and run under investigation

The Brookings County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit and run accident in White.

Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says a blue, 1994 Buick Regal was parked on the shoulder of the road on the 100 block of East Main Street. It was hit by an unknown vehicle that was traveling east. It happened sometime between Thursday evening and when it was noticed early Friday morning.
