RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) – Two men have died in separate one-vehicle crashes in South Dakota.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says both were thrown from their vehicles in crashes in Butte and Meade counties Saturday. A 35-year-old man was killed when his pickup left a road near Rapid City in Meade County and crashed on an embankment. He died at the scene.

The patrol says a 31-year-old man died later Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle on a gravel road near Nisland in Butte County. He hit a ditch and rolled several times.

Names of the men have not yet been released.
