Three COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota today; no new positives in Brookings County

Three COVID-19 deaths reported Thursday in South Dakota – the total is now 101 lives lost from the virus.

No new cases in Brookings County. The total is 86 with 17 of them now active. The county is listed as having had four hospitalizations. There have been 1913 negative tests conducted in Brookings County.

Statewide, active cases increased by 40 to 904. Total positive cases increased by 94 to 7336. The number of people who have recovered is 6331 and current hospitalizations are at 61. There have been 79,974 negative tests reported in South Dakota.
