Six COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota today, the total is now 1673.
Active cases in Brookings County increase by 5 to 224. Total cases are up by 12 to 3341. There have been 32 deaths in Brookings County and there are 3085 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 115. The County is in the substantial community spread category.
Statewide, active cases have decreased by 14 to 4089. Total cases have increased by 337 to 106,400. The number of people who have recovered is 100,638. Current hospitalizations decreased by 10 to 185.
Some 62,365 vaccinations have been administered in the state, 1649 of them in Brookings County.
