Sheriff’s Office reports Volga residential burglary

The Brookings County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a residential burglary in Volga.

Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says a 100-pound air compressor was taken from a residence on the 700 block of Samara Avenue sometime between late Sunday night and early Monday morning.

It’s described as red with a ten-foot blue air hose attached. There were no signs of forced entry.
