Active cases in Brookings County decrease by 1 to 169. Total cases increase by 13 to 4126. There have been 37 deaths in Brookings County and there are 3,920 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 148. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.

Statewide, active cases decrease by 35 to 2043. Total cases increase by 158 to 121,517. There are 117,520 recovered cases. Current Hospitalizations decrease by 9 to 115.

Fifty-three percent of the state has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Some 543,586 vaccinations have been administered in the state to 319,580 people. A total of 19,938 doses have been given in Brookings County to 12,702 people.
