The man involved in a shoot-out with law enforcement during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally pleads not guilty to all the charges against him.

Wyatt J. Fluty is facing six counts for the August 9 incident. Fluty was shot by law enforcement. No officers or private citizens were hurt in the shooting.

Fluty appeared in Seventh Circuit Court in a wheelchair Wednesday. He’s charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, commission of a felony while armed, attempted grand theft, unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

A hearing is set for November 1st. He’s being held in the Meade County Jail without bond.
