No COVID-19 deaths Tuesday as active cases continue to fall

No COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota Tuesday. The total remains 1705.
Active cases in Brookings County decrease by 18 to 161. Total cases are up by 6 to 3375. There have been 33 deaths in Brookings County and there are 3181 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 117. The County is in the substantial community spread category.
Statewide, active cases drop by 250 to 3428. Total cases have increased by 202 to 107,380. The number of people who have recovered is 102,247. Current hospitalizations decreased by 9 to 152.
Some 78,228 vaccinations have been administered in the state, 2012 of them in Brookings County.
