No COVID-19 deaths reported Wednesday, the total holds at 173.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by 38 to 140. The overall case count is up 4 to 538. There has been one death in Brookings County and eight hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases have dropped by 245 and are at 2434. Total positive cases increase by 169 and are now at 15,571. The number of people who have recovered is 12,964. Current hospitalizations increase by 8 and are at 76.
