No COVID-19 deaths reported today in South Dakota as active cases go down

No COVID-19 deaths reported Tuesday, the total holds at 173.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by 11 to 178. The overall case count is up 12 to 534. There has been one death in Brookings County and eight hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases have dropped by 213 and are at 2679. Total positive cases increase by 105 and are now at 15,403. The number of people who have recovered is 12,551. Current hospitalizations dropped by 10 and are down to 68.
