No COVID-19 deaths reported Monday in SD; statewide active cases go up

No COVID-19 deaths reported today in South Dakota, the total remains 184.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by 4 and now stand at 125. The overall case count is up 5 to 600. There has been one death in Brookings County and eight hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases increase by 38 to 2499. Total positive cases increase by 163 and are now at 16,801. The number of people who have recovered is 14,118. Current hospitalizations hold at 110.
