No COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota Wednesday, the total remains 1935.

Active cases in Brookings County increase by 9 to 145. Total cases increase by 18 to 3837. There have been 37 deaths in Brookings County and there are 3,655 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 140. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.

Statewide, active cases increase by 86 to 2522. Total cases increase by 264 to 117,759. The number of people who have recovered is 113,302. Current hospitalizations increase by 9 to 104

Some 410,502 vaccinations have been administered in the state to 252,751 people. A total of 13,232 doses have been given in Brookings County to 8561 people.
