No COVID-19 deaths reported Wednesday in South Dakota, the total remains 223.
Active cases in Brookings County decrease by 11 to 92. The overall case count is up 8 to 779. There have been 2 deaths in Brookings County and 13 hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases decrease by 26 to 3658. Total positive cases increase by 329 and are now at 22,389. The number of people who have recovered is 18,508. Current hospitalizations increase by one to 212.
