…NOT SO FAST! The move to a gluten free diet was a wake up call, to say the least. The flavor, the texture and the lack of a familiar chew was probably the hardest part. Sure my gastrointestinal tract was loving it, my taste buds were hating it:-)
Over the last 18 months the foods and food types I have sampled have definately gotten much better. I have found really good, banana bread, brownies, cake even pie crust…but I have fallen in love with Schar Gluten Free Chocolate Thins that I got as a Christmas gift. Oh, the creamy milk chocolate is to die for and the crunchy cookie inside is so wonderful, I could eat the whole box!
Try ’em…gluten free or not, your taste buds will love ya!
