Finalists named for Brookings City Clerk

The Brookings City Council announces three finalists for the position of City Clerk.

The finalists are: Jean Capel, Concierge & Resident Care Associate, Richmond, Virginia; Craig McCuin, Title IX/EO Investigator at SDSU and acting City Clerk Bonnie Foster.

The candidates will take part in an extensive interview process on September 5, which will include a community tour, testing evaluations, and meetings with the mayor and city council.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend an informal meet-and-greet reception with the finalist candidates on Thursday, September 5 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Brookings Public Library’s Cooper Room.

Some 43 applicants applied for the position from across the nation.
