Burglary at Brookings business under investigation

Brookings police are investigating a burglary at Ron’s Auto on the 300 block of Third Avenue.

Assistant Police Chief Derrick Powers says it was reported Thursday morning and had happened sometime the night before or early that morning.

There was no sign of forced entry and Powers says an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
