Assistant Chief of Police Derrick Powers says it was reported at about 8:50 Tuesday morning and had reportedly happened at a residence on the 500 block of 5th Avenue South.

The woman was able to flee the residence and contact police.

Officers went to the residence and arrested the suspect.
