Brookings Health System named top rural hospital for 4th straight year

Brookings Health System was recently named one of the 2019 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, ranking in the top two percent of all rural and community hospitals nationally.

It’s the fourth consecutive year Brookings Health has been included on the list.

President and CEO Jason Merkley says reoccurring recognition for high-quality health care does not happen by chance. He says they works daily to deliver the best possible health outcomes for the community.
