Brookings extends free disposal of storm debris

The Brookings Solid Waste Division will be extending free dumping of storm debris for Brookings County residents through Tuesday, May 31st at the Brookings Regional Landfill.

Free dumping will also be available for contractors — for trees and branches from storm damage only through the 31st.

The City is asking residents to please help out cleanup crews by hauling their storm debris to the Landfill if they are able.
