Brookings County stands at 9 confirmed COVID-19 cases, all 9 people have recovered

According to the South Dakota Department of Health, there are no active confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brookings County.

There have been 9 confirmed cases and all 9 of those people have recovered. There have been 269 negative tests conducted in the county.

South Dakota now stands at 1635 positive test for COVID-19 and the state remains at 7 fatalities. There have been 10,427 negative tests conducted and 646 people have recovered.

Minnehaha County remains the state’s hot spot, now at 1362 positive cases.

There is now community spread in 25 counties, including Brookings County.
