Brookings County Sheriff’s Department seeks info on September burglary

The Brookings County Sheriff’s office is investigating a rural Brookings burglary.

Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says it was reported September 28th at 3250 Western Avenue South. A mobile home being used for storage was broken into.

The owner reported the back door had been kicked in. Stolen items included tools, two bows, a flat screen TV, homemade jewelry, an Xbox, and a Wii game system.

The burglary occurred sometime between September 14th and the 28th.
