6 COVID-19 deaths reported Wednesday as active cases increase by more than 350

Six COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota Wednesday, raising the total to 1519.
Active cases in Brookings County increased by 14 to 272. Total cases are up by 24 to 3092. There have now been 30 deaths in Brookings County and there are 2790 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 106. The County is in the substantial community spread category.
Statewide, active cases increase by 353 to 6387. Total cases have increased by 607 to 101,684. The number of people who have recovered is 93,778. Current hospitalizations have decreased by 6 to 264.
